Job Overview
As Head of Commercial Banking, you will be responsible for leading client acquisition and relationship management, driving revenue growth, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery. The role involves P&L management, strategic planning, staff development, and alignment with FAB s overall growth agenda in corporate banking services.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management for the Commercial Banking department
* Originate and manage key client relationships to expand wallet share and deepen market presence
* Set and review departmental KPIs and targets, ensuring optimal portfolio health and revenue delivery
* Supervise financial health analysis of clients and ensure proactive risk mitigation strategies
* Collaborate with product, treasury, Islamic banking, and investment teams for cross-selling initiatives
* Oversee credit structuring and ensure all client proposals meet internal credit quality benchmarks
* Drive talent development, succession planning, and performance management for the team
* Maintain compliance with regulatory policies and internal audit standards
* Represent FAB in major client negotiations and lead business pitches for high-value mandates
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline service delivery and operational excellence
