Head of Change Management

Arcus Search are looking for a Head of Change Management for a leading organisation based out of Abu Dhabi. Key details are below:

Role: Head of Change Management

Location: Abu Dhabi - Visa & Relocation can be provided

Salary: 90,000 - 120,000 AED per month

The role:

The organisation is going through tremendous transformation currently, investing into Digital, AI, Cybersecurity, SAP etc and as such the company is evolving. Therefore, they are searching for this individual to be the primary point of contact between Digital and the wider business & external landscape.

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience in leading digital transformation and change initiatives, as well as very strong communication skills and presence that will be able to manage executive stakeholders (upwards to the CEO). This role will be working closely with the executive management and needs to have a strategic and innovative mindset.

What you need:

1. 15 years + in Change Management / Equivalent
2. Prior experience working with C-Level Executives in an Enterprise organisation
3. Digital Transformation experience
4. Clear understanding of long-term strategy, and an ability to execute this
5. Data Driven mindset
6. Success in building & rolling out Communication Plans
