• 7+ years in senior casualty/reinsurance roles.
• Strong technical reinsurance knowledge and portfolio management experience.
• Proven leadership and team development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic plans for growth and profitability in casualty/financial lines.
• Lead, mentor and develop the casualty and financial lines team.
• Direct design, enhancement, and delivery of casualty and financial lines products.
• Monitor portfolio risk and ensure robust risk mitigation and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with cedents, brokers, and reinsurance partners.
• Deliver financial targets and provide portfolio performance reporting.
