Job summary

Consulture Search in Dubai invites a seasoned Head of Casualty & Financial Lines to drive strategic development, management and growth of the portfolio. You will lead a high-performance team, strengthen cedent and reinsurance partner relationships, and shape product offerings to meet evolving market demands.

The role requires 5-7 years in reinsurance, a business degree and a track record in risk management and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role within the reinsurance industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus.
Proven expertise in portfolio management, risk management and technical reinsurance knowledge.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives for casualty and financial lines.
Lead, mentor and develop the casualty and financial lines team to a high-performance culture.
Oversee design, development and enhancement of casualty and financial lines products.
Monitor portfolio risk exposure and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with cedents and reinsurance partners.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and prepare regular portfolio performance reports.
