Job description

To lead the Business Solution Center, supporting the sales department with all pre-sales activities and operational tasks. This role is critical in streamlining administrative and operational processes, enabling the Head of Sales to focus on strategic business development and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and manage proposals, presentations, and tender documents for clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements.
  • Oversee all marketing activities and supporting media design, ensuring timely delivery of activities and materials.
  • Coordinate legal aspects and risk management as part of bid management.
  • Operational Efficiency :
  • Streamline and manage administrative workflows to reduce bottlenecks in the sales process.
  • Track CRM system, ensure accurate and real-time data tracking, generating CRM reports.
  • Organize and monitor internal and external communication for project-related tasks.
  • Team Coordination :
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Interface with the legal department and external counsel.
  • Ensure compliance with work processes of respective Business Units of the ITIS group / headquarter.
  • Reporting and Analytics :
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and KPIs to support decision-making for leadership.
  • Analyze client feedback and pre-sales performance metrics to improve processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement :
  • Support the Head of Sales in preparing for high-level client meetings and negotiations.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and progress.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience : 5+ years in a sales operations, business solutions, or pre-sales role within the technology or traffic solutions industry is a plus. Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
  • Skills : Strong organizational and project management abilities. Analytical mindset to interpret data and make informed recommendations. Proactive problem-solver with a focus on efficiency and impact. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and clients.
