Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute growth strategies in the Forex business development.

Onboard existing book of business and oversee smooth client transition.

Manage, motivate, and expand a team of BDMs or sales agents.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail clients.

Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Work closely with executive leadership to align business development goals with the overall company vision.
