Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Development to lead capital-raising efforts for our Private Equity Real Estate Fund. As a senior leader, you’ll be responsible for building and executing a growth strategy to secure investment from institutional investors, HNWIs, family offices, and international/domestic markets — with a strong focus on the GCC region.

This is a hands-on role reporting to the COO and CEO, with the opportunity to shape our investor relations function from the ground up in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead capital-raising strategy and execution
• Build and manage investor relationships (HNWI, institutions, family offices)
• Prepare and deliver investor pitch materials and fund documentation
• Represent the company at key industry events and build our market presence
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute growth plans
• Monitor market and regulatory developments relevant to the fund

Requirements:

• 8–12 years in investment management, private banking, or capital raising (preferably real estate PE)
• Proven track record securing investment from HNWIs, institutions, and international investors
• Deep connections in the GCC investment ecosystem
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or related field
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Willingness to travel
