Job description

Title: Head of Business Development

Location: Dubai (On-site)

Compensation: Excellent + Commissions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor progress and ensure team goals are met.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for high-value clients.
  • Guide clients through the business setup process and address their needs.
  • Stay updated on laws, regulations, and market trends.
  • Track sales performance metrics.
  • Analyze trends and provide reports to senior management.
  • Work with other departments (marketing, operations) to align strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events.

Required:

  • Experience in leadership roles, having managed large teams effectively.
  • Target-driven with the ability to fill gaps, solve challenges, and drive growth.
  • Passionate and aggressive in their approach, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, capable of inspiring teams to excel.
  • Dynamic personality with the ability to take ownership and lead from the front.
  • Minimum 4 years in sales leadership and business setup services.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and CRM tools.
