At The Filmmakers, we craft bold, visually-driven brand stories. With a decade of experience across Dubai, Karachi, and global markets, we’ve partnered with top-tier brands, disruptive startups, and international agencies to produce high-impact ad films. Now, we’re looking for a driven, entrepreneurial mind to lead our business development across the Middle East – especially the UAE.

Who We’re Looking For:

You’ve been part of the advertising world—either in agencies or on brand teams—and you understand what it takes to win great creative business. You’re a natural connector, someone who thrives on building relationships, pitching ideas, and closing deals. More than a typical sales role, this is a position for someone ready to partner with a creative production house and help shape its next phase of growth.

This is ideal for someone who thinks and works like an owner—because the structure is built that way.

Your Mission:

  • Lead business development for ad film production across the UAE and Middle East.
  • Build and nurture relationships with agencies, marketing leads, brand teams, and decision-makers.
  • Identify new opportunities, pitch creative production ideas, and close projects with top-tier clients.
  • Act as the face and voice of The Filmmakers in key conversations and industry circles.

You Should Have:

  • 6+ years of experience in advertising, brand marketing, or creative business development.
  • A strong network and deep understanding of the UAE’s agency and marketing ecosystem.
  • Entrepreneurial energy, creative intuition, and commercial acumen.
  • The hunger to grow—professionally and financially—with a team that values independence and ownership.

  • Work from anywhere – we’re flexible, remote-first, and results-oriented.
  • Collaborate closely with a seasoned creative leadership team.
  • This is a partnership-style role: the more business you bring in, the more you earn. Compensation is weighted toward commissions and incentives, with the potential to scale significantly as you grow the client base.
