Job Purpose:

This analytical and visionary role will lead the strategic development and execution of our truck brand portfolio. Drive the rapid growth of our commercial trucks by defining compelling brand narratives, optimizing product positioning, and executing data-driven marketing campaigns for fleet operators and B2B customers.

Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term vision, value proposition, and messaging for the Trucks segment and different brands associated with Legend.
  • Focus on driving business and achieving the business target month on month
  • Conduct competitive analysis to differentiate our offerings in areas like durability, TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), and technology.
  • Manage product lifecycle from launch to refresh, including pricing strategies and feature prioritization.
  • Analyze industry data (e.g., fleet utilization, fuel efficiency, regulatory shifts) to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead VOC (Voice of Customer) initiatives with fleets, drivers, and dealers to refine brand strategy.
  • Develop sales enablement tools (e.g., configurators, TCO calculators) for dealerships and direct sales teams.
  • Work with R&D/Engineering to translate technical features (e.g., torque, payload, telematics) into customer benefits.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as the brand evangelist with dealers, industry associations (e.g., ATA, ACEA), and influencers.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure brand consistency in parts/service ecosystems.
