About the Company
A globally recognized luxury interiors brand is seeking a visionary and commercially driven Head of Business to lead its flagship monobrand showroom in Dubai. This is a confidential leadership opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in luxury interior retail and the delivery of high-value residential and developer-led projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full commercial and operational performance of a business exceeding AED 50 million in annual turnover.
• Develop and implement integrated B2C (60%) and B2B (40%) strategies focused on UHNWIs and premium real estate developers.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with interior studios, architects, consultants, and top-tier developers.
• Lead the execution of high-profile projects, some exceeding AED 100 million in value
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams across sales, operations, design, and client relations.
• Uphold high standards of corporate governance, financial management, and operational efficiency.
• Drive brand growth through strategic positioning, marketing, and digital innovation.
Required Experience & Qualification:
• Minimum 10 years in senior leadership roles within luxury furniture, interiors, FF&E, or high-end fit-out.
• Demonstrated success in showroom management, business development, and project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE market; additional exposure to KSA, Kuwait, or Oman is a plus.
• A well-established network of UHNW clients and key regional stakeholders.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and brand building.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
