Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Vision :

• Be the visionary force behind our architectural direction, ensuring that every project reflects our high standards and strategic goals.
• Set and implement cutting-edge strategies that foster efficiency, creativity, and innovation throughout the department.
• Lead talent acquisition, team development, and resource management to build a world-class architectural team.

Design Excellence & Innovation :

Direct creative processes for a variety of iconic projects, from master planning to stunning waterfront developments.

Oversee every phase of the project lifecycle—from concept through to delivery—ensuring designs are not only visionary but technically flawless.

Champion BIM integration, digital workflows, and model coordination, keeping us at the forefront of architectural technology.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement :

Represent the business as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients and collaborators.

Lead presentations, negotiations, and gain approvals from senior stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Be an advocate for business growth through strong relationships, proposals, and market positioning.

Governance & Compliance :

Maintain the highest standards by ensuring adherence to international building codes, sustainability goals, and local regulations.

Implement internal review processes to ensure that our design and documentation are always top-tier.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.

15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

A licensed / registered architect (preferred or required by jurisdiction).

A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to deliver transformative, landmark projects in multi-residential, commercial, and urban development.

Mastery of BIM tools (Autodesk Revit) and a strong grasp of advanced design and visualisation technologies.

A deep understanding of sustainable design practices and certifications like LEED, Estidama, WELL, etc.

An inspiring leader with exceptional strategic thinking, communication skills, and the ability to mentor a high-performing team.

Bonus Skills :

Experience in large-scale master planning and mixed-use development.

Strong understanding of contract administration and construction processes.

Fluency in English; Arabic is a bonus.
