Job summary

Taaleem is seeking an inspiring leader to head the Secondary Arabic department at Raha Khalifa City Campus in Abu Dhabi. You will drive curriculum delivery, promote academic excellence, and mentor teachers within a globally minded community.

The role emphasizes innovative pedagogy, safeguarding, and collaboration with stakeholders to support a holistic student journey. IB experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arabic education or a degree with PGCE/PGDE or QTS or UAE teaching license in Arabic
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience preferred
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
• IB experience desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Head the Secondary Arabic department with MYP/DP experience preferred
• Inspire and lead teaching teams to deliver Taaleem's curriculum with excellence
• Collaborate with IB coordinators and school leadership to support student development
