Job summary

Raha Khalifa City Campus seeks an inspiring Head of Secondary Arabic with MYP/DP experience to lead a dynamic Arabic program in Abu Dhabi. You will drive curriculum implementation, assessment, and staff collaboration in an internationally minded school.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Arabic education or PGCE/PGDE/QTS or UAE teaching license in the relevant subject area.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience teaching the IB is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Secondary Arabic department (MYP/DP experience preferred) and set high standards for student learning.
• Collaborate with IB coordinators and classroom teachers to implement the IB curriculum.
• Support student progress, assessment, and professional development within a diverse international context.
