It offers a dual-wallet experience: Crypto Wallet (multi-chain wallet for trading and sending crypto) and TON Wallet (self-custodial wallet with access to the TON ecosystem of dApps and tokens).

We are seeking a Head of Analytics to establish analytics processes within the company and help increase product metrics. You will lead a team of analysts but are also expected to work hands-on and contribute directly.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and scale a team of 10+ analysts, researchers, and data engineers.
2. Partner with product, compliance, marketing, and executive teams to shape strategy through data.
3. Drive end-to-end analytics: defining success metrics, designing experiments, tracking impact, and stakeholder communication.
4. Foster a culture of hypothesis-driven decision-making and insight generation.
5. Ensure analytical infrastructure supports fast, reliable decision-making at scale.
6. Identify growth opportunities, risks, and strategic levers across the product.

Requirements:

1. Proven leadership in hiring, mentoring, and scaling analytics teams of 10+ members.
2. Deep proficiency in SQL (especially ClickHouse) and Python, with experience in modern BI tools.
3. Strong understanding of data infrastructure; experience managing data engineering teams.
4. Experience applying ML in real-world settings, such as fraud detection, compliance, or marketing.
5. Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and Web3 fundamentals.
6. Strategic thinker capable of defining questions and influencing roadmaps.
7. Excellent communication skills to simplify complexity and engage executives.
8. Fluent in English and Russian (C1+), able to operate cross-functionally.
9. Experience in high-growth startups is a plus.
