Job summary

AI71 seeks a Head of Business Operations to serve as the operating backbone of the Applied AI function. You will translate strategy into execution, drive an integrated operating rhythm, and lead high-impact cross-functional initiatives that accelerate growth and execution.

You will partner with senior leaders across Product, Commercial, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Corporate Functions to align priorities and deliver commitments.

Qualifications

• 15 years of professional experience delivering complex, cross-functional outcomes in demanding environments.
• Background in top-tier management consulting (MBB or equivalent) with operating experience in high-growth tech/SaaS.
• Strong experience establishing operating cadences, performance management frameworks, and executive-level reporting mechanisms.
• Genuine AI fluency and ability to leverage AI tools to enhance effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage the operating system of the Applied AI function, including KPIs, OKRs, reviews, and reporting.
• Establish performance management mechanisms with visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives spanning multiple functions and ensuring momentum and outcomes.
• Drive strategic projects including market expansion, partnerships, and corporate development.
• Translate direction into action and maintain focus on high-value opportunities and risks.
