Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Administration to lead and manage all administrative, regulatory, and compliance functions within a reputable real estate firm in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the UAE real estate legal and regulatory framework, particularly in relation to DLD, RERA, Trustee Offices, MOHRE, and other key government entities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all administrative operations, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and real estate regulations.
  • Liaise with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and Trustee offices for project registration, approvals, title deed issuance, and updates.
  • Manage real estate project registration and termination processes in line with RERA and DLD requirements.
  • Coordinate site inspections with relevant authorities and ensure project compliance at all stages.
  • Handle legal and contractual matters, including property disputes, litigation, and coordination with external legal advisors.
  • Manage company licensing, renewals, and documentations with MOHRE, DED, and other government entities.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of real estate regulations and ensure all departments are aligned with legal updates.
  • Supervise administrative staff and streamline internal processes for operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key government bodies, ensuring smooth processing of regulatory matters.
  • Support senior management in strategic planning, risk management, and regulatory reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in administration within the UAE real estate industry.
  • Proven experience dealing with DLD, RERA, Trustee Offices, MOHRE, and legal entities.
  • Strong understanding of UAE real estate laws and compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant real estate platforms (e.g., Oqood, Mollak, Ejari).
