Job description

We are seeking a Head of Account Management to join our Local Shops team and contribute to our Quick Commerce growth. If you are a motivated team leader looking for a new challenge in a multinational environment, this opportunity is for you.

What’s on Your Plate?

  • Monitor and maintain partner performance, order growth, net fail rate, and net take rates.
  • Manage vertical commissions and profitability.
  • Create metrics to track work progress and team performance.
  • Achieve monthly vertical account management targets.
  • Oversee team work allocation, completion, and performance.
  • Guide and monitor team activities for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and quality completion of daily tasks.
  • Handle communication via live meetings, emails, and reports.
  • Assign tasks and monitor work progress.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure effective sales cycles and resolve escalated issues.
  • Report business performance to key stakeholders.
  • Lead new projects and initiatives within the Local Shops Vertical.

What Did We Order?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Sales / Account Management within E-commerce, Food-tech, Consultancy, or Multinational FMCG sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Decisiveness and organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to flexible working conditions.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
