Alef Group is a pioneer in developing premier lifestyle communities, destinations, and experiences through investment and strategic joint ventures. We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head - Marketing to lead our marketing team and elevate our brand across Sharjah and beyond.

Job Purpose :

The Head - Marketing is responsible for providing strategic leadership in shaping and executing Alef Group’s brand, marketing, and communication strategy to enhance its position as a leading real estate development company. This role ensures a consistent, compelling brand image across all platforms—including PR, digital media, and corporate communications—while aligning closely with sales objectives. It also plays a key role in building stakeholder trust by clearly communicating Alef Group’s vision, values, and project milestones to both internal and external audiences.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Develops and leads the strategic direction and brand identity of Alef Group.
  • Ensures all communication efforts align with Alef’s brand guidelines and effectively convey the company’s vision to target audiences.
  • Collaborates with the CEO and CFO in formulating the company’s annual business plan.
  • Leverages market research, pricing insights, product positioning, marketing communications, advertising, and public relations to build a robust marketing strategy.
  • Oversees the planning, development, and execution of marketing and advertising initiatives, including events, digital campaigns, social media, and PR.
  • Responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating a comprehensive annual marketing strategy.
  • Supports product development, distribution strategy, business development, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Ensures Alef Group’s vision and messaging are consistently delivered across all channels to support sales objectives.
  • Conducts market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identifies and implements innovative methods to communicate messaging effectively.
  • Develops and manages end-to-end digital marketing strategies tailored to Alef Group’s goals.
  • Expands international market reach through targeted partner acquisition and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Utilizes data analytics to drive performance-based initiatives and optimize paid media and search campaigns.
  • Aligns marketing activities with financial targets and brand positioning objectives.
  • Coaches and equips the marketing team with best practices in modern design and data-driven technology to ensure high-impact, emotionally engaging content.
  • Defines the organizational structure of the marketing department to support business needs.
  • Manages negotiations for advertising contracts and vendor partnerships.
  • Leads a multidisciplinary team—including events, marketing, content, creative, full-stack development, and production—to execute daily marketing operations.
  • Coordinates cross-functional collaboration with sales, business development, leasing, design, operations, entertainment, and commercial departments to ensure integrated project execution.
  • Applies strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and advanced MARTECH tools to drive innovation and achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Oversees marketing budget planning, forecasting, and management.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED :

Educational Qualifications & Certifications :

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration (MBA) is preferred
  • Postgraduate certifications in areas such as Digital Marketing or Brand Strategy are preferred.
  • Certification in Real Estate Marketing (e.g., NAR or RERA-approved training) is preferred.

Work Experience :

  • Must have a minimum of 12–15 years of experience in Marketing and Communications
  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within a real estate development firm, brokerage, or property management company
  • Demonstrated success in marketing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects
  • Deep understanding of real estate market trends, regulatory frameworks, and buyer behavior in the UAE / GCC region
  • Hands-on experience in executing integrated marketing strategies (both traditional and digital), brand development, and media planning specifically within the real estate sector
  • Proven track record in managing product launches, investor relations, and marketing initiatives that support sales efforts

Key Skills :

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the UAE / GCC real estate market, including customer demographics, pricing models, and industry trends
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing efforts with overarching business objectives
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience collaborating across sales, development, and executive teams
  • Excellent communication skills, including storytelling, copywriting, and public speaking
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, including SEO / SEM, paid media strategies, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and real estate listing portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder)
  • Strong media relations abilities and adept at managing communications during crises
  • Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to performance tracking and campaign optimization
  • Skilled in budgeting, vendor coordination, and negotiating contracts
