About the Role: This is a critical mid-management position for a sharp, data-driven marketer with a proven track record in driving performance-led growth. As Head of Marketing Communications, you will oversee the entire marketing funnel with a focus on digital marketing, while shaping our brand identity and content strategy.

Responsibilities:
  1. Understand the fragrance marketing landscape.
  2. Shape and communicate the brand's uniqueness.
  3. Create creatives that enhance recall and differentiation at each touchpoint.
  4. Lead creative development to motivate target audiences to take action.
  5. Collaborate with external agencies within budget constraints.
  6. Establish performance metrics, costs, and market applications.
  7. Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
  8. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities.
  9. Oversee ongoing marketing and advertising campaigns.
  10. Monitor product distribution and consumer feedback.
  11. Implement on-ground tactical and BTL initiatives to increase consideration and footfalls.
