Aldar Education is seeking a Head of Key Stage 2 for one of our schools in Abu Dhabi, starting from the Academic Year 2025-2026.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement policies and practices for the department that reflect the school's vision and commitment to high standards of achievement and effective teaching and learning.
2. Establish, monitor, and evaluate short, medium, and long-term development plans for the department.
3. Use data effectively to identify underachieving students and create action plans to support them.
4. Analyze and interpret relevant school data to inform policies and department/school SEF writing.
5. Ensure that appropriate schemes of work are developed, implemented, and regularly reviewed for all year groups and courses.
