Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Head Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing professional, customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay becomes a memorable experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Assigning tasks to the Housekeeping Supervisor and Room Attendants and maintaining presence on the floors.
  2. Checking the maintenance of equipment used by employees and ensuring it is cleaned and stored correctly.
  3. Ensuring the correct and economical use of cleaning agents, their safe storage, and reporting day-to-day maintenance issues promptly.
  4. Overseeing vacuuming, polishing, carpet care, and general cleaning to ensure professionalism and adherence to schedules.
  5. Implementing training for all team members to ensure understanding of their roles and standards.
  6. Maintaining thorough knowledge of all products and services provided by Housekeeping.
Skills, Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Ideally, you should have a degree in hospitality with previous experience in the Housekeeping Department within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, are essential. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are advantageous.

Knowledge & Competencies

The ideal candidate will be friendly, caring, culturally sensitive, and detail-oriented. You should demonstrate initiative, lead by example, and support your team with a hands-on approach. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment is essential. Additional competencies include:
