We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Head Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Assigning tasks to the Housekeeping Supervisor and Room Attendants and maintaining a presence on the floors.
  2. Checking the maintenance of equipment used by employees and ensuring it is cleaned and stored correctly.
  3. Ensuring the correct and economical use of cleaning agents, their safe storage, and prompt reporting and follow-up on maintenance issues.
  4. Overseeing vacuuming, polishing, carpet care, and general cleaning to ensure professionalism and adherence to schedules.
  5. Implementing training for all team members and ensuring they understand their roles and the standards required.
  6. Maintaining thorough knowledge of all products and services provided by Housekeeping.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

Ideally, you should have a degree in hospitality with previous experience in the Housekeeping Department within a hotel. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, are essential. Being computer literate and having previous experience with Opera is an advantage.
