Job Description

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic guest-focused Housekeeping professionals who pride themselves on delivering extraordinary customer service and providing creative solutions to our guests.

As a Head Housekeeping Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Assign tasks to the Housekeeping Supervisor and Room Attendants and show presence on the floors.
2. Check the maintenance of equipment used by employees, ensuring it is cleaned and stored correctly.
3. Ensure the correct and economical use of cleaning agents, their safe storage, and report any maintenance issues promptly.
4. Ensure all vacuuming, polishing, carpet care, and general cleaning are performed professionally and according to schedules.
5. Implement training for all team members, ensuring they understand their roles and the standards required.
6. Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services provided by Housekeeping.

Skills and Qualifications

Education, Qualifications & Experiences: Ideally, a degree in hospitality with previous experience in hotel Housekeeping. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Computer literacy and experience with Opera are advantageous.

Knowledge & Competencies: The ideal candidate is friendly, caring, culturally sensitive, detail-oriented, and proactive. You should demonstrate initiative, lead by example, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Additional competencies include:
