Are you an experienced Head Housekeeper, Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager looking for a luxury private household position in Dubai? A prestigious UHNW (Ultra-High-Net-Worth) private villa is seeking an experienced and highly professional Head Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operation and support the smooth running of the residence.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional housekeeping standards, supervising domestic staff and assisting with the day-to-day management of the private residence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation and service.
• Supervise, organise and coordinate housemaids, nannies and other domestic staff.
• Prepare staff schedules, allocate duties and monitor performance.
• Assist the family with household responsibilities, including children’s meals, schedules and activities when required.
• Coordinate with the Chef regarding meal planning, dietary requirements and service standards.
• Communicate with household staff, vendors, contractors and external service providers.
• Manage household inventories, supplies, maintenance, repairs and appointments.
• Assist with international family travel, including packing, unpacking and household preparations.
• Coordinate with the Chef and other service providers during family trips.
• Assist with private dinners, family functions and special events.
• Maintain appropriate home-safety practices.
• Handle all household and family matters with complete discretion and confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper, Executive Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager.
• Experience working in a 5-star luxury hotel, UHNW private residence, luxury villa or private estate.
• Strong experience managing and supervising household personnel.
• Excellent organisational, leadership and communication skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• A professional, discreet, proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Experience working around children and managing family logistics.
• Experience accompanying or supporting families during international travel is an advantage.
• Valid US, UK and/or Schengen visas are an advantage for overseas family travel.
