White Spot Facilities Management Services LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Head Housekeeper for a prestigious UHNW private villa. You will lead the housekeeping team, manage daily operations, and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and discretion.

The role covers coordination with the chef, family travel logistics, and event support, including children's meals and activities. A background in 5-star luxury settings and international travel is required; live-in accommodation is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Housekeeper or similar role in luxury settings.
• Experience in 5-star hotel or UHNW private household.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent English; discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations and maintain top standards of cleanliness.
• Supervise housekeepers, nannies, and other domestic staff, including scheduling.
• Coordinate with household staff for meals, events, and family travel.
• Ensure privacy, security, and discretion in all duties.
• Assist with international travel arrangements and family logistics.
• Manage inventories, supplies, and maintenance of the residence.
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
