Job description

Hotel: Dubai The Palm (DXBDP), Plot number PJCRC08_200

• Ensure that all policies, procedures, and best practices are in place and enforced.
• Support the Chef Concierge and focus on enhancing the residential experience.
• Assess common area amenities, services, and products regularly to ensure relevance and alignment with Six Senses wellness and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience Makers, Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa, and approved third-party providers to anticipate and meet private homeowners’/residents’ needs, ensuring smooth operations and planning of services and activities.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all hotel and residence facilities, amenities, and their layouts.
• Oversee the management of residents’ profiles in conjunction with the Chef Concierge.
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance, grooming, hygiene, and safety procedures according to brand and legal requirements.
• Adhere to sustainable purchasing practices, conduct stock takes, and ensure proper storage of inventory in line with standards.
• Engage professionally and courteously with residents and hosts, proactively seek feedback, and manage service recovery when needed, documenting interactions appropriately.
• Ensure clear communication between departments to support smooth residence operations and perform additional duties as assigned by the Chef Concierge.

Qualifications

Possess relevant qualifications, technical skills, and experience in luxury and residential hospitality, with proven results. Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management, and over three years of experience in a similar role.

Demonstrate financial acumen with the ability to interpret reports, manage costs, and control inventory.

Technical skills include MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with hotel systems such as POS, PMS, and CRM platforms. Knowledge of guest services and local area information is essential.

Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred as an additional language.
