Essential duties and responsibilities:
  1. Leadership:
    • Provide visionary leadership to the coaching staff, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
    • Develop and implement coaching strategies, policies, and procedures.
  2. Coaching Development:
    • Mentor, coach, and develop coaches to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
    • Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  3. Program Management:
    • Oversee coaching programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Develop and manage budgets, resources, and logistics.
  4. Performance Optimization:
    • Analyze performance data, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with coaches, athletes, and support staff to optimize performance.
  5. Communication:
    • Facilitate effective communication among coaches, athletes, and stakeholders.
    • Represent the organization in various forums, promoting its values and mission.
Required Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Personal Training certification (Minimum REPs Level 3 or equivalent)
  • Group class certifications
  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 5 years experience in the industry
  • Knowledge of various fitness programs, with exercise regression and progression
  • Self-motivated
  • Positive attitude & friendly
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
