We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef specializing in International Cuisine to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, leadership, and a deep knowledge of diverse global flavors to our kitchen. You will be responsible for menu development, kitchen operations, team management, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute menus that highlight international culinary traditions (e.g., Mediterranean, Asian, Latin American, Middle Eastern, European).
  • Manage daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards.
  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and ensure efficient cost control and waste reduction.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
  • Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Stay up to date with global food trends, seasonal ingredients, and modern culinary techniques.
  • Oversee catering, events, and special menus as required.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in an international or fine dining kitchen.
  • Formal culinary training or equivalent professional experience.
  • Deep understanding of diverse global cuisines and fusion techniques.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management.
Preferred Skills:
  • Multilingual or familiarity with various cultural food customs.
  • Experience with dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, halal, etc.).
  • Competency with kitchen management software or POS systems.
