Bluewater is seeking a temporary Head Chef for a 74m private motor yacht based in Dubai. The ideal candidate has proven Head Chef experience on yachts 60m+ and a strong knowledge of healthy and international cuisines.

You will manage provisioning, budgeting and galley operations, maintain a clean, organized kitchen, and adapt menus to guest preferences and dietary requirements while working independently in a fast-paced setting across the Dubai itineraries.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as Head Chef on yachts 60m+.
• STCW, ENG 1, and Food Safety At Sea (HABC Level 2) are required.
• Strong knowledge of healthy and international cuisines.
