Head Bartender, Carbone

About the role

As a Head Bartender at Carbone, you will be preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar and restaurant. You will be responsible for crafting original beverage menu items and creating an exciting new menu. In this role, you will need to ensure that you always anticipate the needs of the guest, working closely with service teams, and ensuring that sanitation and safety standards are always followed and maintained.
