Job Description

Supervise Daily Operations - Oversee barista team and daily workflow to ensure efficient and smooth coffee service.

Maintain Beverage Quality - Ensure consistency in coffee preparation, taste, and presentation in line with brand standards.

Staff Training & Development - Train, mentor, and evaluate baristas to maintain high performance and customer service standards.

Inventory & Stock Management - Monitor inventory levels, manage stock orders, and ensure proper storage of coffee and supplies.

Customer Experience - Deliver exceptional service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally.

Equipment Maintenance - Ensure all coffee machines and equipment are regularly cleaned, calibrated, and maintained.

Hygiene & Safety Compliance - Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards in line with local regulations and company policies.

Sales & Performance Support - Support sales targets by promoting specialty items, managing upselling, and controlling waste.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a barista, including supervisory responsibilities.

In-depth knowledge of coffee roasting processes, bean selection, and quality control within a roastery environment.

Proficient in advanced coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.

Skilled in training and mentoring barista teams to uphold high service and quality standards.

Experience managing inventory, equipment maintenance, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

Relevant barista certification or hospitality qualification preferred.
