Anantara is seeking a Head Barista to lead a dynamic team and elevate coffee service standards at our luxurious resort. This role involves not only managing operations and inventory but also providing an exceptional experience to our guests through premium coffee and customer engagement strategies.
As a Head Barista, you will promote coffee consumption at the resort through storytelling, upselling, and monitoring beverage service.
All members of the Food & Beverage Department are responsible for ensuring that hotel visitors are delighted by the quality, creativity, and variety of our food and beverage offerings across the hotel, making F&B a key differentiator in the local market.
