Job description
- Oversee the administrative functions of all oil and gas construction projects, ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with project managers to facilitate effective communication and resource allocation across multiple teams.
- Manage contract administration processes, including preparation, negotiation, and compliance monitoring.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring that all records are accurate and accessible to stakeholders.
- Implement and optimize administrative policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise the administrative team, providing training and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement by organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, providing regular reports to senior management on administrative aspects.
- Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding processes for all personnel involved in projects, aligning with ADNOC HR policies.
- Act as a liaison between different departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and addressing any administrative challenges.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in administrative roles within the oil and gas construction industry.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CAPM are highly desirable, reflecting commitment to project management.
- Experience in handling more than 5000 employees in a project.
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC's operational standards and regulatory frameworks is essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
