Job summary

Casabot, headquartered in the UAE, seeks a Hardware Engineer to lead advanced PCB and enclosure design for IoT and edge devices. You will drive the hardware platform from concept to production, ensuring performance, security and reliability across architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronics Engineering required.
• 5+ years of PCB design, layout and enclosure design for IoT/edge devices.
• Strong knowledge of ARM, x86 and NVIDIA Jetson platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate and optimize multi-layer PCBs for ARM/x86/NVIDIA platforms.
• Develop RF and antenna layouts for Zigbee, BLE and Wi‑Fi.
• Lead enclosure design (plastics, metals, composites) balancing aesthetics, durability and cost.
• Collaborate with firmware, AI and product teams to align hardware with requirements.
• Oversee prototyping, testing and validation to meet CE/FCC/global certifications.
• Interface with suppliers and manufacturers to move designs to mass production.
• Document designs, processes and compliance for IP and certifications.
