Job summary

Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Property Maintenance Technician to join our team in Ajman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks on properties such as apartments, offices, and commercial buildings. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify any repair or maintenance needs
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Paint walls, replace light fixtures, and handle other general handyman tasks
• Install and repair appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, and air conditioners
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment
• Communicate with property managers to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Keep accurate records of all repairs and maintenance work performed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
• Biometric passport preferred for ease of travel between properties

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1000$ per month based on experience.
