Job Title: Experienced Handyman in Ajman

We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Ajman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to building maintenance, repairs, and renovations. This position is open to all nationalities and does not require English proficiency or previous experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and identify any maintenance or repair needs
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
• Paint walls, replace light fixtures, and other small tasks as requested
• Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Communicate with tenants or clients to address any concerns or requests for repairs
• Keep detailed records of work completed and materials used

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role preferred but not required
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, or standing for extended periods of time
• Good communication skills with the ability to understand and follow instructions
• Valid visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Salary

This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
