Handyman (Malayalee)

We are in need of a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Ajman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
2. Carry out repairs on equipment, fixtures, and furniture
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with building systems
4. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues or hazards
5. Respond promptly to requests for repairs or maintenance
6. Ensure all work is completed according to safety guidelines and regulations
7. Keep track of inventory and request necessary supplies when needed

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
2. Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
3. Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting techniques
4. Good communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred)
5. Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects when needed
6. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
7. Valid driver's license preferred

Salary: 1200$ per month
