Qualifications

• Master's degree in Food Science or closely related discipline from a recognized university.
• Strong knowledge across core areas of Food Science.
• Ability to teach and supervise undergraduate laboratory sessions.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety, QA, and SOPs.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.
• Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, technical staff, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Teach and supervise undergraduate laboratory sections in Food Science courses.
• Prepare laboratory experiments, materials, reagents, and assessments.
• Explain laboratory methods and demonstrate use of instruments and equipment.
• Supervise practical sessions and ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with course coordination and accreditation activities.
• Participate in research projects and assist with planning, data collection, analysis.
• Maintain laboratory readiness and manage inventories.
