Qualifications

• 4+ ans d'expérience dans des rôles de réalisations de projets dans le secteur pétrolier et gazier.
• Familiarisé avec les systèmes de réalisation de projets.
• Compétences en documentation et en coordination requises.

Responsibilities

• Coordonner les processus de Mécanique et d'Achèvement des Systèmes.
• Suivre les éléments de la liste des travaux et la documentation de remise.
• Interagir avec QA/QC, la mise en service et les représentants des clients.

Job description

• Coordinate Mechanical Completion (MC) and System Completion (SC) processes leading up to final handover.
• Track punch list items, dossier completion, and system walkdowns.
• Compile and verify handover documentation including ITRs, test packs, redlines, and vendor data.
• Interface with QA/QC, commissioning, and client representatives to align handover schedules.
• Maintain system handover matrix and update project completion tools.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4+ years of experience in project completions or handover roles in oil & gas projects.
• Familiar with project completion systems such as WinPCS, PIMS, or Omega.
• Understanding of construction and commissioning workflows.
• Strong coordination and documentation control skills.
