Job Title: Hairstylist

Key Responsibilities:

• Hair Cutting & Styling
  Provide haircuts, trims, and shaping services for various hair types.
  Create trendy and classic hairstyles, blow-dries, and up dos.
  Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles.
• Hair Coloring & Treatments
  Perform hair coloring, highlights, lowlights, balayage, and root touch-ups.
  Apply keratin, protein, and other hair treatments professionally.
  Ensure color mixing and application follow safety and quality standards.
• Client Consultation
  Offer personalized advice on haircare routines and maintenance.
  Recommend appropriate salon services and products.
  Understand client preferences and deliver results accordingly.
• Salon Hygiene & Safety
  Maintain cleanliness of salon equipment, tools, and workstations.
  Follow sanitation procedures and health/safety regulations.
  Ensure proper handling and storage of hair products and chemicals.
• Teamwork & Professionalism
  Work collaboratively with beauticians and nail technicians.
  Maintain a friendly, professional attitude toward clients and colleagues.
