Hair Stylist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Hair Stylist to join our team of experts dedicated to providing hair services to our valued clients.

As a Hair Stylist, your role will encompass a wide range of hair care and styling services including but not limited to:

1. Perform any type of hair styling as per client request.
2. Proficiency in all haircut styles from classic to modern.
3. Proficiency in hair coloring techniques of varying complexities from single process color to advanced highlights, balayage, and air touch.
4. Ability to diagnose and provide treatment for hair concerns including the use of specialized equipment when necessary.
5. Perform scalp massages to promote relaxation and hair health.
6. Proficiency in hair extensions to cater to clients desiring length and volume enhancements.
7. Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and hygiene standards in your work area guaranteeing a safe environment for clients and colleagues.
8. Keeping your station organized and professional contributing to the salon's inviting atmosphere.
9. Adapting your services to meet individual client needs and preferences ensuring a unique and enjoyable experience for each client.
10. Staying updated on the latest trends, products, and techniques in the hair care industry providing expert advice and recommendations to clients.
11. Participating in required training sessions to improve your skills continually as mandated by salon management.
12. Prioritize customer satisfaction by actively listening to client requests, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive and memorable visit.
13. Be able to process cashiering duty as required.
14. Fulfill any other related duties as required by the management team to support the overall success of our salon.

Requirements:

1. A minimum of 3 years of professional work experience as a Hair Stylist or Hair Technician in a salon or spa setting.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Possession of Hair Master certificates demonstrating advanced training and expertise in hair care services is highly preferred.
4. Intermediate proficiency in the English language to communicate with clients effectively and team members.
5. Capability to complete hair services within reasonable timeframes while maintaining high quality standards.
