Job Description

• Prepare presentation, reports and evaluations ON ALL HAIR PRODUCTS EDUCATION FOR ALL BRANDS
• Ensure best applications techniques of all hair products - INCLUDING HAIR COLOURS, TREATMENTS AND PRODUCT APPLICATIONS
• Experience using different types of COLOR TECHNIQUES and other tools to create education/training programmes
• A willingness to learn about new styles and techniques FROM NEW AND ONBOARDED BRANDS
• PRODUCING REPORTS and data analysis to measure effectiveness of training
• Monitoring compliance to best practices.
• Maximize department sales and carry out relevant cost monitoring tasks
• Ensure continuous development by being always updated with latest market trends and products.
• Prepare the detailed quarterly training agenda.
• The ability to communicate with customers and understand their needs.
• Candidates applying for the positions must be available for a personal interview and technical assessments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or Colorist.
• A wide pallet of styling and Coloring techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office, Powerpoint & Excel.

Experience:

• Hair Coloring: 4 years (Required)
• HAIR TRAINER / EDUCATOR IN PROMINENT BRANDS: 2 years (Required)
