Job summary

Gulf Marketing Group (GMG Group) in Dubai seeks a skilled gym equipment technician to repair, assemble and service fitness machines. You will test units after installation, maintain workshop inventory and ensure safety procedures are followed.

The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong customer service, and the ability to work with repair and refurbishment tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing and maintaining sport or gym equipment.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; higher education may be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Repair and assemble fitness equipment per product specifications.
• Test unit after installation to verify functionality.
• Keep workshop inventory updated and organized.
• Provide feedback on repairs and collaborate with mechanics and office teams.
• Be customer service oriented and present the company professionally when delivering and servicing machines.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations during installation and testing.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good, safe working order.
• Refurbish and fabricate returned or damaged fitness machines as needed.
• Perform additional duties as directed by the line manager.
