Job description

• Important: Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE.Candidates outside the UAE will not be considered.

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on a wide range of gym equipment, including cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights, to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues with gym equipment, utilizing schematics, diagnostic tools, and manufacturer specifications.

• Respond promptly to equipment malfunction reports, prioritizing urgent repairs to minimize downtime and member disruption.

• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts and consumables, ordering replacements as needed to ensure efficient repair operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in mechanical or electrical repair is highly preferred.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in maintaining and repairing fitness or similar electromechanical equipment.
• Demonstrated technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing issues related to motors, belts, chains, electronics, and hydraulics.
• Familiarity with common hand and power tools, as well as specialized diagnostic equipment.
