About the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive – GYM to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Welcome and assist hotel guests and gym members, providing information about the fitness facilities, operating hours, rules and available services.

Answer phone calls, emails or messages related to the gym, and coordinate appointments.

Inform and promote other wellness, Spa, or recreational services offered.

Handle and resolve guest complaints with a professional, solutions-oriented approach, escalating when necessary.

Ensure the area is always clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Previous 5 Star Luxury Hospitality experience

Strong Communication Skills

Team Player - Collaborates positively and effectively with others and team

Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and processes

Time Management/ Adherence to schedule
