About the Job:

We are seeking a Guest Services Executive to join the Front Office team at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. The main responsibilities include:

  1. Providing check-in and check-out assistance, managing pre-registration and extended stay requests, and handling group bookings according to standard protocols.
  2. Ensuring prompt and courteous room allocation, instructing bell desk for guest escort after check-in.
  3. Communicating rates and services effectively, using suggestive selling techniques, and performing cashier duties such as foreign currency exchange and paid outs.
  4. Handling and balancing the cash float responsibly.
  5. Anticipating and addressing guest needs in line with Jumeirah standards.
  6. Adhering to departmental policies and maintaining guest privacy and confidentiality.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. At least 2 years of Front Office experience in a 5-star hotel.
  2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera PMS (Cloud).
  3. Excellent communication skills in English.
  4. Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple responsibilities.
