About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive to join our Front Office team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Assisting in pre-registration, check-in, check-out activities, or extended stay requests. Managing group bookings following brand standards.
  2. Courteously answering all incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  3. Responding to all email queries professionally, adhering to standard turnaround times and email etiquette.
  4. Communicating rates associated with facilities, products, and services accurately and professionally, utilizing suggestive selling techniques to create value for guests.
  5. Maintaining knowledge of all aspects of facilities, products, services, associated programs, and reservations related to the domain.
  6. Providing friendly, cheerful, and courteous service while offering personalized assistance to guests and frequent travelers.
  7. Greeting and serving guests in person or by phone, assisting with bookings and inquiries.
  8. Welcoming and assisting guests during arrival and departure, providing orientation to facilities.
  9. Managing payments via cash, credit, or debit cards.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the international luxury hospitality industry in Dubai.
  • Additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, French, Spanish, Italian, or Mandarin are considered a plus.
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
