About the Job:

  • Managing and fulfilling guest requests such as room amenities, dining reservations, and transportation, ensuring personalized service.
  • Resolving complex guest issues and complaints to restore satisfaction.
  • Collecting and analyzing guest feedback for service improvements.
  • Coordinating with hotel departments to meet guest needs efficiently.
  • Supporting training and development of Guest Service Executive staff.
  • Identifying and implementing service enhancements to improve guest experience.


About You:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles within hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
