Guest Services Coordinator

The Guest Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests in El-Ain. This role requires fluency in English and the ability to work part-time without accommodation. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, but this is not a strict requirement. As a guest services coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing information, assistance, and resolving any issues or complaints they may have. You will also be responsible for coordinating guest requests with other departments within the company and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month and is open to candidates of all nationalities who possess their own visa.
